Exactly a year ago today, I was westward bound to the City of Angels.  I’m missing LA and California terribly at the moment.  I loved the sunshine, the relaxed way of life, and all of the great adventures I was fortunate enough to go on last year.

But it’s still Spring Break.  I’m grateful for a bit of time to relax, and I can live through Sam’s trip out to Arizona for the Brewers spring training.  I’m also attempting to take care of myself as well.  I’m off to my first chiropractic appointment this afternoon, so we shall see how that goes for me.  I’m a bit nervous, but I am sure I’ll end up fairing far better from this than without it.

Other than that, this week is full of running errands, cooking delicious dinners, and catching up on sleep.  These past two weeks of running around and not getting enough sleep has gotten to me, so now it’s time to catch up on sleep and take care of myself.  Thank goodness I’ll have a bit of time to do so this week.  Such as right after I get home from running errands this afternoon.

In sixty-nine days, I’ll be in Europe.  It’s going to fly by, that’s for sure!
